Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello my name is Amanda.I am interested in finding part-time childcare work (babysitting). I graduated seneca college from the Early Childhood Education program in July 2013 and I am currently a nanny for a 16month old. I have been with this family for almost a year, before that, I was a nanny overseas, and a teacher in both a toddler and an infant room in the daycare system I enjoy communicating with families, keeping up with the children's individual routines and planning fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate activities! I am big on singing, reading and art activities and I do like to include these elements into play as often as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy biking around the city, experimenting with different recipes and working on my paintings. I have an up to date first aid/CPR as well as a background check. I am a non-smoker and good with pets, English is my first language and I have a basic knowledge of French, Gaelic and Turkish. I do live in the downtown core and I use the TTC.
