Hello, I am a devoted and hardworking childcare worker. I love to work with children and work with their unique strengths and build strong relationships with them and the families. I believe that the family is most important to the child so I put communication first and am open if I have any questions or concerns regarding the child or expectations. I love to use loose parts and open ended questions in play with children and have studied childcare for 2 years and have 2 more placements coming up in January. I am someone who sees the good in all situations and loves to go above and beyond to make others feel that much more special. I love to cook and clean, putting real effort into it, while involving the child and keeping them feeling safe and interested. I am looking for a job that will bring me into the lives of a child and their family, letting me make their lives that much better. I have had 5 different placements, ranging from infant to School Age. I have created and implemented experiences, prepared snacks and lunches, cleaned, read, put to sleep, diapering, homework help, ending conflicts, taken on walks and laundry.
