Hello Families, I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator with the College of ECE’s and a Level 3 Child Development Supervisor with Alberta Ministry. I have over 10 years experience working with children. I am Level C certified in First Aid and CPR and have access to my own Vehicle. Over the past six years I have completed my degree in Child Development and my diploma in Early Childhood Education and I am now known as a Child Development Specialist. I love the outdoors and all the activities that brings, I play hockey and in my free time I love to spend time with my husband and puppy in the mountains. I love working with children and educating them through their interests and natural abilities. Each child is unique and I have the gift to figure out what it is and use it to develop each of their domains to the highest growth. My education has given me the background knowledge and insights to be able to conduct a proper assessment on a child to develop an individualized program plan (IPP) for further development strategies. I strive to ensure every child reaches their highest potential using fun and effective approaches. During my schooling I was given the opportunity to be educated in the ELECT document and the Full Day Learning Document, Resiliency Skills Training, Learning Language and Loving it as well as workshops regarding Bullying Prevention, Play based learning and creative movement.
