Hello, I am a honest, warm, caring, responsible adult who is looking to find a family to match these qualities and work together in raising your children. I have a University Degree along with a College Diploma and experience in Child and Youth Work. Although, being a nanny is not my graduated field, my objective remains the same which is to support children and their families on a day to day basis. I am fun and creative and love children! I have worked with children and youth in many different settings and I am confident that I can be the appropriate nanny you need to your children. I have a diploma in Child and Youth Work and thus have worked with children ages 5-18 in the school, in after school programs and in a residential treatment facility for mental health. In the treatment facility it was very much like a home setting. I supported the children/teens with homework, chores, eating habits and settling time. Some children needed more support in than others and I was able to be flexible in meeting their needs. Often times, the children and I were out in the community building life skills, going to appointments and having fun. In the school and after school programs, I set up different activities and games for the children based on their needs and requirements. Some of the activities and games were addressing issues such as bullying, cellphone use and how to get along with others. Other times the activities and games were just to have fun and let out energy.
