Hello. My name is Alessandra. I am a cheerful, charismatic, lovely, energetic and patient person. I´ve been working with children for 10 years as a teacher and nanny. Many years working with kids gave me expertise to know exactly how to deal with them. I am always trying to talk with them and giving a chance to express their feelings and thoughts, but I believe that a limit must be considered: children have to be educated, to know their dos and don\'ts.
