Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello My name is Maria, originally form Barcelona, Spain. I moved to Toronto in 2011. I have been working with children and families for over 20 years in all sort of settings, from nanny care, kindergarten and 8 years as a Social Care Worker while I was living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I have worked as a nanny for many years with children under school age. I worked in a nursery as a teacher assistant, for 3 years and i was very lucky to be able to work with all the different age groups during my time there. In Edinburgh I worked for the City Council, Children and Families Department. The unit was for under 12 years old and the age of the children would vary, from babies and toddlers in occassions to school age children. Those families were going through difficult times Nd the children were in care. For the last 6 years I have been working mostly as a birth and postpartum doula.
