Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello! I am looking for a part time position in Toronto. I walk dogs between the hours of 10-2:30, so I am looking for an afternoon position, preferably three days a week. While I am looking for a family in my area (I live at Mt Pleasant and Eglinton), I am also willing to be an occasional babysitter for any families as well, and I'd be willing to travel to most of the city for that type of job. I love being with children, as I find it a very rewarding experience. I form quick bonds and love playing the \'big sister\' role. I enjoy all kinds of activities, from reading books to singing to going out on day excursions to all corners of the city. I strongly believe that children should have their imaginations stimulated as much as possible, and I love to contribute to the growth of their minds by allowing them to have lots of interesting day to day interactions. I have absolutely no problem with contributing to household duties. I am used to doing laundry, cooking, pet care, etc. I have spent many years nannying, both in Toronto and in Melbourne, Australia. I have been responsible for school pick ups and taking the children to extra-curricular activities. I also prepare light meals, do laundry, dishes and other small household duties. I love taking the children to various planned activities including the zoo, museum, aquarium, theatre, beach, parks, etc. The children I have taken care of have been a wide range of ages, starting from newborn to 15 years, and I have experience with children with special needs as well.
