Hello! My name is Antonette and I love working with children. While most of my experience is in the day camp setting, I have had a wide range of volunteer and work opportunities that, I think, make me an excellent babysitter and nanny. I love music, cooking, reading and arts and crafts. And more than doing these hobbies on my own, I enjoy sharing my love of them with others specifically young children who are learning more and more about their work each day. I have worked with all age groups (infant to 12 years) and am comfortable in most any situation. With my First-Aid training, food handlers certificate and a whole lot of energy, I hope that I will be the one you need! As a nursery volunteer (for three years) and camp director (for 12 years) I have had the privilege of caring for children 0 to 12 years. During this time it was my responsibility to entertain, feed, change, and engage with these young children. I have built a large repertoire of games and activities, both indoors and outdoors, active and quiet that will keep any child, I believe, suitably entertained all the while learning and gaining new experiences. Along with my practical experience, I am also First-Aid Trained and have my food handlers certification.
