Hello! I am a 35-year old stay-at home mom with 2 kids, a 4-year old and a 2-year old. My husband and I are expecting our 3rd child in January. We are looking for full-time help with our children and our house. We are looking for a smart, kind, patient and responsible person with good communication skills who will be an asset to our family. Our family: 2 children, 3rd Expected in January Ages 2 and 4 No pets We are looking for a live in (private suite) or live out candidate to start by october 1 with the following attributes: Excellent communication skills Experience with young children (kids are 0 to 4) Experience in housekeeping. Ability and willingness to manage a 3 bedroom house effectively when not with kids.
