Good Morning, my name is Rose Williams and I\\\'m an experienced and professional early childhood educator with many positive skills to share with children and their families. Some of my guiding philosophies when working for children are to use positive reinforcement, state reasonable limits firmly, and take what they say seriously. I believe children should learn about the natural world, and I\'ve taken many opportunities in the past to provide children to explore the world around them with safety limits in place. I am respectful and patient with children, and have reasonable expectations for them based on what I observe about who they are as well as their skills and interests. Three Practicums in a licensed childcare facility. My first two practicums were in a group with one teacher and ten children, and the second was with three teachers and eighteen-twenty children. I have experiences with in home childcare as well, with several different families in Port Alberni. The first lasted for six months and was with three children - ages two, five, and six, and the second was a summertime employment with two children ages three years and sixteen months.
