Hi! My name is Mia and I'm a first year student in the Faculty of Science at the University of Winnipeg. If you're looking for someone to take care of your family while the kids are out of school this summer I'm confident that I could be a great fit. I'm looking for a full time summer position while I'm out of school as well, I've nannied in the past and had a great experience with it. I have experience with all ages of children from 6 months to 12 years old. I also have my Standard First Aid and CPR training and can provide Criminal Record checks and Child Abuse Registry checks on request. During the summer I think it's particularly important to promote a healthy lifestyle for children. You can expect lots of outdoor activities and healthy meals! I will emphasize active play and activities as opposed to TV and screen time during the day. I love sports, arts and crafts and board games and would love to share this with your family. I will create a fun, safe and enriching environment for you children. I'm happy to perform other chores and errands that need to be done to help your household run smoothly. Whatever your family needs I'm happy to help with. I currently live in River Heights which would be my preferred neighbourhood, but I'll have access to a vehicle on certain days and am happy to bike a little further to work. I have my driver's license and if a vehicle is available I would be happy to take your kids on fun field trips across the city (The Forks, Assiniboine Park, anywhere they can think of!)
