Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We're in search of a wonderful nanny for our boys ages 3 and 1 who is calm but energetic and loves being outside. We both work partly from home so our schedules are somewhat flexible, but we are looking for someone to work approx 3 days a week starting immediately. The ideal nanny to us is experienced, calm and respectful, but firm with limits and boundaries, and teaches through free play and exploration. We have a back yard to play in and live close to the beach and parks, so we hope to find someone who is happy spending a lot of the time out of the house, rain or shine. Our 3 year old will be in preschool so activities may include walking him a few blocks to school and home again. Light house keeping duties may be needed (i.e. sweeping, light cleaning of the kitchen, taking out the garbage/recycle, possibly laundry). We also have an energetic but gentle chocolate lab, so we need someone who is comfortable with dogs.
