Nanny Job in Kanata, Ontario

We are a young family living in Kanata looking for an experienced, reliable, caring, and fun full-time nanny for our one-year old son during the weekdays starting in June. Responsibilities: Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the child Supervise the childs activities at all times Plan and prepare meals and bottles for, and feed, the child Dress the child Place the child down for naps Bathe the child (if necessary) Change diapers Potty train the child (when it's time) Perform housework related to child care, including washing the childs clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing bottles Teach him good social manners Play with him, both indoors and outdoors Plan and lead educational activities, including reading, with the children Qualifications: First aid training and child and infant CPR Authorization to work in Canada Criminal record check English proficiency Reliable, honest, and trustworthy Physical ability to care for a young child Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision High school graduate Experience caring for children Training in early childhood education preferred
