Hello! We are a young, respectful, easy going couple looking for a dynamic and caring individual. We have 2 amazing children who are in daycare and kindergarten. We are open to both a part time nanny / babysitter position or a full time nanny / housekeeper position. Thanks! Full Time Nanny/Housekeeper Job Description Create and maintain a healthy, safe and nurturing environment for the children. Occasional cooking of organic healthy meals. Cleaning, laundry and ironing. Taking the children to and from school, appointments and activities. Organizing and participating in various leisure activities at home and outdoors. Stimulate/promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Optional - Travelling with the family up to one (1) week at a time Handling general requests as needed. Job Requirements Minimum three (3) years’ experience working full-time in a private household with similar responsibilities. French or English communication skills required. Experience in child education is an asset. Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters. Ability to work under minimal direction. Flexibility in the working hours, according to the employer’s needs. Flexibility to handle last minute changes. Have a strong sense of initiative. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details. Energetic with a strong work ethic and communication skills. Ability to anticipate the needs of the children. Professional, discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times. Driver’s licence is a must. Must have a current legal working status in Canada. Smoke-free environment.
