Nanny Job in Airdrie, Alberta

We are currently looking for a full time experienced nanny for our 2 children. This will be a 3-year contract. - Starts around July 2018 as our second child will be born in April 2018 - Working 35-45 hours a week - Available on the weekends - Looking for a live-out nanny from Calgary or Airdrie - Willing to sponsor a foreign nanny from a different country if we cannot find someone local to fill in this position - Foreign nanny have the option to choose live-in or live-out situation - Contract maybe extended - Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check - Must not have any type of sickness that could be passed on to the child - References from your previous employers required - Most up-to-date resume is required when applying. Send it to [email protected] - $15 to $16 an hour SKILLS & DUTIES: ----------------------------- - able to come to our house on requested time - able to teach English/French/Spanish words - able to read English books - have Canadian caregiver certificate and at least 5 consecutive years of experience as a nanny in Canada OR equivalent of 10 consecutive years of experience as a nanny. For a foreign nanny, at least 15 consecutive years of experience as a nanny is required. - For a foreign nanny, you must have many years of experience as an expat - able to take the children to an indoor playground (hence nanny is required to have her own vehicle) - able to cook for the children - house cleaning including family laundry - physically capable of handling an infant and a toddler at the same time - able to follow parents rules/requests - must be energetic when playing with the children - able to teach age appropriate crafts and other activities with the children - able to provide report/updates each day
