Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Hi there, I am a 26 year old Calgarian living in the SW area. I am currently looking for a nanny position that is part-time. I have over 10 years of childcare experience with having nannied for several families in Calgary. The ages of children in my care have ranged from an infant to 15 years old. I graduated from the Youth Justice Work program in April of 2015 in Calgary. I am certified in many certifications. I have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. It is important that children learn to care for their growing bodies through nutrition and exercise. I support this by preparing healthy snacks and meals, through play, planning physical activities, walking, swimming and sports. I believe in teaching children responsibility through accountability and discipline. I teach manners, positive social skills, facilitating cooperative play, responsibility regarding chores; good hygiene, cooperation and following through with developmentally appropriate expectations. I believe that kids don't learn from people they don't like, I believe that all children should like who they are learning from and who they look up to.
