up until 2013, my career was focused in the retail industry. Then my father got sick with pancreatic cancer and that changed everything for me. I spent two years caring for him in virtually every way in order to provide comfort and to ensure he had everything he needed. The time I spent with him made me think about what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Now that I am in my fifties, I find myself at a point where I want to make a change and use all of my life and work experiences to do something different and meaningful.
