Highly energetic and strangely addicted to cleaning... Aka, this field of work is a blessing to me. Haha, in all seriousness, I am very qualified in my ability to be a great help with your family, and can provide many references to assure my confidence. I have been watching kids for as long as I can remember. My mom ran a daycare at our house during my early childhood, so I had an early entrance into taking care of kids. When I was 12 I took a babysitting course and began officially babysitting for my mom's friends. By the time I was 16 I had babysit for over 30 families. Last April I moved to Amsterdam to be an au pair, living with a family with 2 boys, two and four when I arrived, but both a year older now. Teaching english was my first priority, among many other tasks including: take/pick up the boys by bike from their play groups/school everyday and organise play dates, and/or play with them until their parents are home from dinner, help cook dinner occasionally and help out with simple household chores daily; laundry, emptying the dishwasher, tidying the toys, etc. I am organized, reliable, and very confident in my ability to be a great nanny for your family!!! I am very much a people-person and always have lots of fun with kids. I have a big sense of humour and like to keep things positive. I look forward to hear from you!
