I am a student currently in my third year at Western University studying kinesiology. I first worked with children teaching ages 3-15 how to skate through a program called CanSkate in Burlington for approximately 5 years. In addition I am a part of a program called Learning it Together which is an after school program for children in underdeveloped areas in London. We focus on improving knowledge about health and fitness! Because of my background in kinesiology I know plenty about healthy nutrition and physical activity. I am upbeat and very creative so therefore designing games and activities is an easy and enjoyable task!
