I started my journey in childcare when I was only twelve years old, working as a babysitter and mother's helper. Over the past eight years, I have gained invaluable experience working with children from five months to twelve years old in both daycare and nanny settings. I excel at multitasking, possess keen observation skills, effectively communicate detailed information about each child's day with parents, remain calm and positive under pressure, and can predict and manage children's behavior. I respect the learning environment, follow routines, take time to explore children's questions and interests, and appreciate the beauty of small moments.
