 Giving morning and evening care and monitoring blood pressure.  Prepare Hot and Cold meals.  Aid client with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.  Transferring from wheelchair to commode to bed and vice versa.  Provide emotional support for the client and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.  Prepare and give medications as prescribed by the physician.  Ensure the cleanliness of the client’s room.  Prepare food with strict monitoring to his diet.  Provide information of improvement after increasing or decreasing his medications.  Perform general household tasks including laundry, shopping, errands and transportation  Assist client to walk and perform light housekeeping and cleaning.
