Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Our family is looking for a compassionate, genuine caregiver/mom's helper to help on part-time basis. We would like to treat you as an extension of the family. You will prioritize being a genuine, loving presence for our four children, ages 14, 11, 8 and 6, by building trust and bonds with them. There is a strong housekeeping component to this position, you need to have good initiative and awareness to independently tidy and clean to keep the house in good condition in my absence while I work. We need someone with strong integrity, flexibility, a good listener and playmate. With your help, we will be able to offer more flexibility, structure and engagement for our children, and we will be able to achieve a better running, more tidy and organized home. Both mom and dad work, and mom has been a supermom to the max all along. Besides being caring, genuine and loving with a strong intuition, you also need to be smart and creative, good at problem solving, and have great initiative and planning, which you will use to work independently with little supervision, observing what needs to be done, and getting it done. We will thank you for demonstrating your invested care and personal commitment to our family. You will work 2-3 days per week, which will be afterschool, evenings and weekends. An example schedule would be the following: Thursdays and Fridays 1:30 - 7:30pm or as late as 10:30pm, and potentially Sundays.
