Dear Parents I love children. Children inspire me. Now matter how bad I may be feeling, the moment I see a child, I am filled with joy, and I smile. I will give your children my unconditional acceptance, my unconditional warmth. This year, I was blessed to babysit this young girl named Alora, who was what some might call a "brat." But I did not care about that - and I gave her my unconditional love. We became fast friends. When she was with me, she was no "brat," but the most wonderful little girl I have ever known! I would love to meet your children! I have been blessed to know many children in my many years of babysitting - Iris (age 1), Aidan (age 2), Fred (age 3), Alora (age 4), Cynthia (age 5) and Jonah (age 9). One of the moments that has stayed with me was following little Iris as she crawled around on her hands and knees for hours nonstop all over the house! She went into every nook and cranny as I followed behind her and at every little thing she would point and look up at me and ask in her soft voice "Wussat? Wussat?" And every time, I would reply. It was an absolute pleasure, every moment of it. I also have 3 years of camp counsellor experience, and 2 years of camp counsellor training. No, camp counselling is not babysitting, it is super babysitting! My camp was an overnight camp, so we were supervising our cabins of 10 or so children 24/7! During some weeks, we had many campers as young as 6.
