Dear Family, Hi my name is Melyssa and I own the collection of Grimms fairytales. I believe that raising children takes dedication time and love. I do not believe that young children should have screen time but rather be engaged in story telling, music songs and repetition to make their minds develop into thinkers and story tellers. I believe in healthy diet , and exercise and giggling and playing with whomever is their caretaker. I believe on quality interaction. Clearly every person on this site is somehow qualified, some more than others; yet we continue to produce the same cookie cutter letter about ourselves when we should really be straight to the point. SO ! Here are my points. 1.) I will love your children. 2.) i will treat them with respect, and reprimand them as the situation requires. 3.) I do not believe in physical punishment. 4.) I am punctual . 5.) I am caring , dedicated and passionate. I am a dental assistant , so I see children all the time , I work with them in an office about taking care of their teeth and healthy eating . I obtained my babysitters certificate when I was 11 from St. John's ambulance and I have been caring for children of all ages ever since , including tutoring over 30 students and teaching young children to read . I was an ECE student , I have lead many youth groups and activities . I am a regulated health professional and therefore have a criminal record check , health knowledge and first aid training.
