My name is Christine Marie Ayala and I am a proud mother of two girls aged 8 and 10months. I am currently on Maternity Leave and although I love my job I have decided to explore career options that can possible give me some flexibility to co-ordinate with my daughters schedules. I am a graduate of the Child and Youth Worker program at Humber College and have 10 years’ experience in the social service and mental health field working with both children and adults. I have also completed the Griffin Center Dual Diagnosis course at George Brown College. Before entering my Maternity Leave I was employed as a Teacher with Little Tots’ Manor working with preschool children in a n academically enriched environment and relief at Vita Community Living supporting adults with both physical and developmental disabilities. These experiences have provided me with many opportunities to improve my skills and expand my learning. I feel that my experience make me a strong candidate to work with your family. In particular, because I am an extremely patient person, I possess the ability to work through a variety of workplace settings efficiently and I am proficient at providing support to where ever needed.
