Currently trying to determine the best childcare solution for our family. Mom has just returned to work and the boys are in daycare, but job requires travel so at minimum we need support for the family whilst travelling as dad works long days. Boys are currently in fulltime daycare but that may change if we find the right person to provide full time care at home. The boys enjoy daycare as it is very social and stimulating so a carer would have to provide a similar environment. Our boys (11 months and Four years old) are very active and busy.
