For the past three years while working in the field of social services, particularly in this agency, I believe that I have demonstrated effective decision making skills, especially in times of crisis. During several temporary contract positions with Peel Children’s Centre, I have worked with clients on a one to one basis, and I have also supervised group settings. I have proven my ability able to implement specific client goals while using role modeling to impact clients in a positive way. I have also been involved in program planning for clients aged six through nineteen. These program plans included implementation of social skills groups, nutritional health as well as physical activity routines.
