Employer’s Name: Gideon Manalo / Melita Manalo Employer Address / Location of work: 111 Tigertail Crescent, Bradford, ON L3Z 0M3 Work Location: Same as above Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: • Supervise and care for children • Bathe, dress and feed infant and children • Prepare infant and children for rest periods • Help children with homework • Organize, activities such as games and outings for children • Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development • Read to children • Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Shop for food and household supplies • Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents • Travel with family on trips and assist with children supervision and housekeeping duties • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home • Tend to emotional well-being of children • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents • Take children to and from school and to appointments • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children Children\'s ages: 14 year-old, 12 year-old and 4 year-old children Work setting: Private home Salary: $11.25 to $12.25 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Requirements: -Education: Completion of high school -Experience: At least a year of full-time experience as a caregiver is required Important Information: The position requires flexibility on schedule as the mother works rotating shifts and the father sometimes works after hours. Hours of work will vary from week to week and will follow the mother’s schedule. The schedule includes weekends and nights too.
