Hello Parents, I'm a professional nanny and a certified baby nurse who is moving to Toronto . I am honored to take care of the children I meet, and have a positive impact on their lives. My background includes thirteen years of success taking care of children as a professional nanny in New York City. I have experience with newborn, infant, toddler, twin, school age children and special needs. In addition I completed adult, child and infant CPR/First Aid. I have always enjoyed working with children, taking my responsibilities very seriously and I would like to assure you of my honesty and integrity.
As your nanny if given the opportunity your child would be my number one priority.Our daily/weekly/monthly activities would include tummy time,reading, writing, singing, playing, long walks, visit to the park /museum/zoo/aquarium/library/ the science center, arts and crafts, play dates and or any classes you sign your child/children up for. In my previous positions my duties included bottle/meal preparation for child/children, child/children laundry, light errands,light housekeeping (cleaning up after myself and child/children) and potty training. I'm a non smoker and an animal lover.

Elna has been our children's nanny for the last 7 years. She began working with us when our older child was just 5 months old. Immediately Elna proved to be caring, trustworthy and reliable. She is an important part of our family allowing me and my husband to feel confident leaving the children for work each day. Both of our sons have benefited hugely in spending time with Elna. Our children's transition from Pre-K and then Kindergarten was pain free and we credit Elna with this. Elna always ensures the boys have a good mix of play dates, physical play and quiet art or reading time. Elna also potty trained both boys over a two week period (both day and night trained) with minimal fuss.
Elna always gives us great advice and suggestions for coping with issues as they come up and she has great instincts when it comes to the children. We love Elna very much and know whoever gets to work with her in the future is incredibly fortunate.
