Hi! My name is Madison, I am in my mid-30's and have lived in Toronto for the majority of my life. I have significant experience working with infants, toddlers and children up to age 10. I work with individuals and families as a mental health counsellour and enjoy doing childcare in addition to this work. When working with families I make it a priority to build strong relationship with caregivers, and to understand the unique needs of the families I work with. My last position was with a family of three (age 5, 3 and 7 months) and I able to adapt activities to the needs of each child. I strive to balance playfulness, creativity and structure. I love being outdoors, crafting, and reading which I incorporate into my work with families as best I can. I genuinely love children, and find this work is a great balance to the other work I do!
