Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello! I'm Sare. I'm a 35 year old woman with an extensive babysitting/nanny background. I'm a trained photographer, TTC subway musician (I sing and play the Ukulele) and I'm the Health & Safety Coordinator at a Toronto Recycling Facility. After several years of not working in the child care field, I'd like to offer my services as a casual babysitter to nearby families for one main reason: I miss hanging out with kids! When caring for children, safety is my top priority. I am fully certified in First Aid (CPR C AED) and I am also trained in risk assessment. I have a G2 licence and am comfortable driving in the city, but do not have a car. Cooking, baking, exploring adventures on foot, reading, board games, art and music are all things that I love doing with kids. I am very caring and believe strongly in the power or kindness and compassion, however I know from my many years of taking care of children that rules and structure are only effective when all the adults in the child's life ensure they are followed. I enjoy pets and am happy to help the children clean up after themselves, do some laundry or prepare healthy light meals. I am available evenings after 6:30 Monday to Friday and Weekends on a casual basis.
