My name is Megan. Working with children is my passion and what comes most naturally to me as my warm and caring personality allows me to quickly develop a strong connection. I hold a variety of experience including working for the school board as an Ontario Certified Teacher, hosting small holistic learning pods, camps, tutoring as well as before and after school programs. Child development is of utmost importance and I believe that children are our greatest teachers. I allow them to lead the way and use my training in mindfulness, yoga, somatic trauma therapy, nervous system regulation, forest learning, hands on authentic experiences and age appropriate development to assist in guiding them. My skills are best used in emotional regulation, building confidence, learning, play based exploring and outdoor activities. These skills are best exercised in kids aged 4 . Due to my training and experience I will be able to quickly understand your children, their needs and work together to set intentions for them. I am highly organized, attentive, gentle and encouraging. I am available part-time or full-time on weekdays. I have a valid G drivers license.
