Amazing opportunity to be a leader, planner, and facilitator in your own child care classroom. We are looking for a positive and energetic person who is a leader. Must be responsible, reliable, organized, and has a love for what they do. Someone who can manage everything to keep the space joyful and safe. Responsibilities include: - program planning for a small group of toddlers (ages 2 to 5 years) - lead the class on a daily basis, maintain ongoing interaction with the children during classroom activities - material preparation (which may include photocopying, laminating, and prepping craft materials) - maintain good communication with the children and parents - daily clean up - supervising outdoor play, lunch time and naptime. Qualifications: - Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice - Current police reference check - Registered with the college of ECEs - Related work experience with toddlers - Current child care first air certificate
