Alexandra Paul\'s Personal Philosophy I believe wholly that children are unique individuals with an innate curiosity and a desire to discover and learn. As an Early childhood educator I want to encourage children in their social, physical,intellectual, creative and emotional growth. I believe that children learn through the act of play, and through creativity I can challenge their fresh minds in a positive and beneficial way. I vow to always provide a safe, fun, and loving environment for your child. Everything in this world is connected and I want children to become aware that nature and love and everything else are synonymous to who they are and who they will become. I currently work at a private Montessori school in Gordon Head with special needs children (Odd, and ASD) and I am looking for a family to work for this summer.
