Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY: Part-time, live-out nanny/babysitter, five days a week, available 3:50pm-7pm, to provide after school care for one (amazing) 12 year old boy. Overtime negotiable. We are a short bus ride, or a 10 minute walk from Broadview subway Station. Duties include: Arriving promptly at 3:50 to pick my son up from the school bus (mini van drops him off right at the front door of our building), preparing a healthy snack, helping my son with homework (significantly below grade level), taking him to the park (across the street) in good weather, playing board games, and puzzles, etc. This kid is GREAT! Super duper cute, hilarious, smart, sweet, unique. He is highly motivated by positive encouragement, so we are looking for someone with a great attitude. This is an ideal job for a university/graduate student who is looking to enter a career in teaching, learning disabilities, speech language pathology, child and youth work. Must be prompt, respectful, kind, funny, flexible, patient, heart of gold. Must like children and cats (we have one). Occasional light meal prep.
