Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are a family of 4 in need of a kind, responsible adult for after school care on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This primarily involves walking our 10 year old home from school (less than 1km), supervising homework and playdates, preparing after school snacks, and escorting 10 year old to extra-curricular activities by TTC. While child supervision/transport is the primary responsibility, please be prepared to do some light housework (dishes, a load of laundry, tidying, etc) when supervising child at home. No special needs or behavioural problems are involved. Excellent communication skills are important. Our focus is on finding a friendly, kind and reliable adult who we can count on to be punctual and exercise good judgement. We anticipate these duties will amount to 10hrs/week. If the ideal candidate is interested in more hours we may be able to use further help with housework, errands, etc.
