Hello, My name is Jenny and I am from Success Solutions Nanny and Caregiver Training School - a school that provides nannies and has been successfully working with Canadian families for more than 10 years. Our six-month Nanny and Caregiver program is delivered by Canadian teachers in English and includes: infant care, early childhood development, nutrition and vitamin-rich diets, children’s sleep patterns, signs and symptoms of common illnesses and diseases, illness prevention and treatment, elder care, communication, Canadian culture, emergency care and first aid, Western cooking and cleaning skills. A six-weeks internship in a kindergarten is mandatory in order for students to graduate. Upon graduation, our graduates receive a diploma for completion of the 13-unit academic caregiving course, certificates for volunteer training with special needs children, western cooking, and professional cleaning. We also provide personalized training for children with special needs as per parents’ requests after signing a contract. All nannies have post-secondary education background, most of them have Bachelor’s degree. Our nannies will make a two-year commitment to your family and are very flexible in terms of working hours. They will fit into whatever your schedule requirements are and most of them will continue working for you if it is good fit. This is very important and a huge benefit for your children as they are able to enjoy an unchanged environment for at least 2 years. We do not charge any service fees. In return, you provide 35 - 40 hours of work per week, and a room in your house. As well as providing care for your children and light housekeeping duties, extra benefits include the opportunity for your children to learn Chinese from a native speaker, and for your family to gain knowledge of traditional Chinese culture and cuisine.
