Nelfa S looked after our two boys (then aged 4 and 8) for almost two months. She came to us at short notice and fitted in with our family straight away. She would walk our boys to school and pick them up at the end of the school day. While they were at school, Nelfa would do things round the house to help me out as I worked 4 days a week. She instinctively knew what needed doing and I felt she was looking after me too! Once the boys were home, Nelfa would play with them and cook a meal for them. She was very good at helping them with table manners and she was always firm.but fair. Our boys loved her, they still do. We were all very sad when she had to leave us to start her new job in Canada but we are still in touch. Nelfa is a kind, caring person and in our experience very good with children.
