15 hr/3 day week (some flexibility in scheduling) for 2 sweet girls; 2 days a 1.5 year old alone and 1 day her and her 4 year old sister together. Ideally you are familiar with the principles of Waldorf education and would to help promote a regular rhythm and routine to the girls\' day. This would include ample outdoor time (trips to the park, library and walks around the neighborhood), singing, stories, and allowing time for imaginative play.
