Michela is a very trustworthy individual. I have worked with her for many years and have been able to rely on her critical thinking and initiative to keep all of the campers safe while still maintaining a fun environment. She has helped to take care of children as young as three and as old as twelve. As well; she helps to mentor the older kids (ages 13-14) and teach them the skills required to become counsellors themselves one day. Michela works throughout most of the year with the camp's, giving her a wide range of knowledge and experience with all of the problems that normally arise while working with children. Michela is very responsible and would be an amazing care taker for your children.
