Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

Mature Nanny required for full-time position in Calgary. The Nanny should ideally, but not necessarily, speak Spanish as her first language. Nanny will be taking care of household and 2 children, a toddler and a baby. Your responsibilities with the child include: preparing and feeding bottles, sterilize bottles, changing dippers, bathing, reading, playing with children in home and taking them to outings, talking to children ideally in Spanish. Other duties include performing housekeeping and cleaning duties in general, clean bird cage, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, meals preparation (very important to have good cooking skills and knowledge of Latin food preparation an asset), laundry and ironing household clothing. CPR, First Aid are an asset. Spanish is an asset. Attributes such as loves children, caring, responsible, patience and good mood are a must. Hours are flexible with occasional nights and weekends and up to 44 hours a week. The wage is according to Regional Wages and Working Conditions for the Live-In Caregiver Program (LCP) in Alberta, but depending on experience it could be negotiated.
