Nanny Job in Nepean, Ontario

Posting: Help us start the day off right. Before school care needed for 3 children, ages 5, 7, and 12. 5 days a week for about 10 hours total. Some flexibility in scheduling, school drop off at 9 am is critical and starting before 8 am most days is needed. Occasional days off can also be worked out in advance. The job includes helping pack lunches, playing with the children beforehand or doing art (well loved in the house) or story time, walking to school, tidying up the breakfast dishes. The children are playful and often enthusiastic about their mornings. Good relationship building skills are essential, you will be working with a pre-teen and a kindergartner and all of the family dynamics that accompany siblings. The eldest will be leaving earlier to catch a bus, the younger two need you to walk with them to school, in all kinds of weather. It is about a 3 or 4 block walk. We are an animal loving house with two cats. They are little escape artists, so experience keeping indoor cats indoors is also a bonus! Starts in September. Meet the family now, some summer hours possible. Additional Availability: Availability for the full day on PD days, or when a child is unwell would be considered an asset.
