Hello parents/guardians, As a mother, I know how important it is to have the right person care for your child. You want to feel comfortable leaving your child, and you also want your child to feel comfortable. You want them to have fun, but you want them to be learning. You want them to feel loved, but you want them to have rules and boundaries. The list goes on. I have been blessed with a beautiful little girl, who is now two years old. I am a university student, who has recently decided to take some time off. I am looking for a position as a nanny in a home where my daughter is welcome to come to work with me. With this arrangement in place, I am willing to negotiate the price. Growing up, I had a big role in raising my three younger siblings. I babysat for families in my neighbourhood, and for family friends. After high school I lived in Mexico for a half a year. While I was there I volunteered in a daycare, with an organization called 'Families of Hope'. I now volunteer with Mothercraft, here in Ottawa. I also run a women's group out of Holistic Roots. I enjoy outdoor activities, and I am passionate about healthy eating, cooking, and baking. I love to keep busy, and I am very creative. I have no problem cleaning, doing chores, and running errands. I do have my driver's license, and I am in the process of getting my First Aid and CPR training completed. My schedule is very flexible, I am open to a number of different arrangements.
