Position Type: Full time Preferred / Part time considered Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Work Schedule: Primarily early morning, day, some evenings occasional weekend, and night time hours. Work setting: Employer's home, Optional accommodation on a live-in basis. Occasionally at grandparents homes. Also located nearby Non-smoker Drivers license a bonus but not conditional Position Description Professional family looking for an experienced nanny to work long term in familys home, responsible for all duties related to the caring of a 16 months old baby. The nanny will serve as a loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion to the child. We are a tight knit family and grandparents will also participate from time to time. Responsibilities Wash bottles, and change diapers for infants, Prepare toddler for rest periods, Tend to emotional well-being of children, Supervise and care for child, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Dress and feed infants and children Light house keeping, laundry and some meal preperation when grandparents are visiting Qualifications and requirements 1 years of nanny experience or experience working with children below 3 years of age Ability to train/teach children at various ages; Ability to speak, understand and read English some Greek language would be a bonus High school graduate First aid/CPR certificate or be willing to start training within first two months upon hire ( employer paid course on condition of successful completion of course) Criminal check record and Verifiable references.
