Nanny in Ottawa, Ontario

I have over 10 years experience working with children and all ages and abilities! I'm an Educational Assistant and I have worked with ages 4-18 (some with learning disabilities, mental health, and behaviour), I have Nannied for a total of 3 years with ages newborn-teenager and I have also worked with ages 2-24 whom have ASD. I specialize in stabilization, behaviour management, daily living skills (i.e., toileting, hygiene, diet, physical activity), communication, self-regulation, academia, and gaining independence/confidence. I have my CPR/First Aid, Behaviour Management Systems certification, PCMA certification, basic sign language, and more I am full of energy and enjoy building strong bonds with the kids I work with. Don't be surprised if I'm down on the floor with them playing and fully engaged in their world. I know I can handle pretty much anything any family wants to through my way! Did I mention I can cook and clean? And have my own vehicle and full license? Now, my availability: Monday-Thursday 12-3:30 and occasionally evenings (babysit or respite) Occasional weekends All summer (Monday-Friday full time).
