Nanny Job in Orillia, Ontario

I'm looking for someone to live with us as we move into our new home in April for one year. I'm looking for someone who is committed, not sloppy, having experience is an asset. I am working on call, so I need someone to be around before and after day care, and while he is sleeping, and to provide him with the stability that I can't. The hours will be unpredictable, I'm guessing about 20 hours per week, and some will be while you both are sleeping. I require that you have a clear background check/vulnerable sector check. I would like to keep screen time to less than 1 hour per day, at least one vegetable per day, leave moral teachings to me, you must have CPR and first aid (if you don't already, you can organize it within the next several weeks). Someone who already knows about toddler discipline (following through, natural consequences, no corporal punishment) would be good, but otherwise I can teach you how to raise a toddler. You will be expected to cook or heat up 1-2 meals per week, and sometimes drop off and pick up from day care. I'm sure I don't look like it judging by this post, but I am fairly laid back, I'm just expecting to be very busy as I complete the final year of my education. It is going to be hard for me to hand over such a large part of my child's life to people I haven't met yet. He and I are very close - he is quite the active boy, he doesn't like to sit still to colour or do puzzles, he likes to run around and he loves music. I look forward to hearing from you :)
