Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We are two busy professionals who need support looking after Pippa 7 and Wesley 4 outside of 'school hours', some evenings and weekends. Mainly need help with pick ups at 5pm, dinner and bedtimes Essential: experience with kids aged 4-8yrs, current references, CPR/First Aid, CRC, valid BC driver's license, car and insurance, Permanent Residence/Canadian Citizenship. Preferred but not essential: Foodsafe Pippa is going into grade 2 with before and afterschool care (7:30-5:30pm) and will be in local daycamp through the summer. Wesley in in full time 'junior kindergarten'/daycare from 7:30-5:30pm. Core hours would be 2-3 weekday evenings 5-8pm with later evenings or weekend hours discussed on a weekly basis up to 20hrs/week. Successful carer will be responsible, reliable and playful but not afraid to say no. We have a friendly indoor cat, so 'not terribly allergic' would be good too! Neither child watches television on any regular basis (we don't have one) but they both enjoy parks, the beach, swimming, the library, puzzles, books, arts/crafts and general free play. Both are healthy loving kids who form bonds easily. They are very 'routined' and, for consistency, we would like to keep to it as much as possible. Some meal prep would be needed (no allergies or diet restrictions). Negotiable would be light housekeeping, shopping and small errands.
