Nanny Job in Oakville, Ontario

Hi! We are a young family with two boys aged 5 and 3 and a baby arriving March 2020. I am looking for someone to help us ASAP - the end of the pregnancy has hit me hard, and I am having a hard time keeping up with the boys. I would still be home during your time with us. Both boys go to a Montessori school every day until lunch time. The ideal person would start helping us around 12:30 until 3:30 or 4. Tasks are simple: play with the boys, help them set up crafts and help them pick up after themselves. We are big believers of respectful/positive parenting - so ideally you are interested in those approaches also. We are believers in boundaries but enforce them without timeouts or punishments.
