Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

I'm an
Individual
Hello Potential Care-Taker! I'm a new mom looking to hire a Mommy Helper/Nanny as soon as possible :-) My son, Maxwell is almost 4months old and We live in downtown Toronto, in Leslieville.  About Maxwell: - Maxwell is a handful. He is the type of baby who likes to be held constantly (which we are hoping he outgrows soon). - He is exclusively breastfeed but takes bottles of expressed breastmilk with no problem - over the next week we'll be introducing formula to do 50Formula/50BM for feedings.  - He was colic and still has gas issues, making him sometimes super fussy, but we give him a special baby tea and it helps a lot I'm listing these things as I've been very nervous to hire anyone because I felt he was so high maintenance. But as he gets older, each day he gets much better :-) What I'm looking for:  - An experienced, patient, kind and dependable person who has worked with and cared for infants (especially colic experience). Maxwell can be trying so it's super important the person has endless patience and good experience/understanding of infants. - A good communicator:  Someone who speaks English fluently; Preferably someone that is a Canadian citizen or has their Perm Resident Card  - Current on Infant/Child CPR and safety trainings - Open to having a thorough Backround check and can provide at least 2 past work references - A non smoker with their own  mode of transportation  - Someone not afraid or allergic to dogs (we have two chihuahuas - both small, friendly and elderly) - A person who can dedicate a minimum of 15hours a week (Monday-Friday) and on occasion do a day on the weekend  (we'll give notice of this) - Someone willing to help my husband out if I need to leave town for a few days (overnights - again with notice). We have a guest suite for ultimate privacy for the person we hire. - Preparing Baby's "food" - knowledgable in safely handling breastmilk (storage/use) and safely preparing formula and how to properly feed a breastfed baby - Sterilizing bottles/nipples, etc  - Light House Keeping - Light Meal Prep - Someone willing to do a night (7pm-midnight) here and there so my husband and I can do a date night once in a while Is this something you can help me with? If the stars align, we are looking to keep you on for at least a year to grow with our family.  Thank you so much!  Hope to meet our "person"! Jill England-Mosley (917) 86...
