Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

We are a family of four and our two little ones are the most important things in the world to us. My husband works full time and I work part time and up until now, we've been balancing it all but are looking to connect to someone who can offer us a hand for 5-10 hours a week. We are ideally looking for someone who is experienced with toddlers/babies, has a current criminal record check and First Aid/CPR and great references. Someone who is considered to be reliable, trustworthy, genuine and caring. That's the easy to explain stuff that we're looking for :) As for the harder to explain stuff.... we are hoping to find someone who is a good fit with our family, whom we feel comfortable around, whom the kids can grow to know and learn from, who has knowledge about gentle/attachment parenting, who understands the importance of connection/bonding as grounds for a relationship, whose idea of discipline aligns with ours and who is looking to find a family to care for now and for years to come. Whew! That's a mouthful :) Someone knowledgable about Gordon Neufeld would be a bonus! On the other end of things, the person we find would be receiving years of stable employment, great pay, flexible hours, and overall an understanding and caring family to get to know. We may have upcoming trips that you may be interested in joining us for (with pay of course!) and a host of other events/activities that you're welcome to join if you like.
